If your arrangement is in floral foam:
- Check to ensure that the floral foam is saturated.
- If not, add warm water containing floral preservative.
- Display your arrangement in a cool location, free from direct sunlight or draughts.
- The use of a floral preservative will extend the life of your flowers.
Caring for your cut flowers:
- Remove all foliage that would be under the water line in your vase.
- Cut the ends of the stems (about 1/4 “) underwater with a SHARP
knife or scissors and put in a CLEAN vase of lukewarm water to which
floral preservative has been added.
- Display in an area that is free from direct sunlight or draughts.
- Change the water every two days and re-cut the stems, discarding
any flowers that have become wilted.
- The use of a floral preservative will extend the life of your flowers.
